We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing and coordinating people and processes. 
 

Your profile:

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communicator, with ability to present and influence credibly and effectively
• Empathetic and people-focused - capable of developing a trusted advisor relationship.
• Understands both client expectations and creative/production team perspective
• Ambitious individual capable of working independently towards the agreed goals with creative approach to work
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Anticipates issues before they become problems.
• Ability to be proactive and balance multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Flexible and calm under pressurе.

• Basic 3D production workflows knowledge 
• Medical/Scientific Knowledge or degree
   

As a Project Manager you will be in charge of:

• Creating a Project Detailed Time Plan based on inputs from the Creative Director/Producer
• Responsible for on time delivery of Projects 
• Tracking the progress  with the Creative/Production teams and making sure we are on track
• Be a single point of Contact for the Client - coordinating the process and communicating on a regular basis
• Scheduling calls, following up and delivering
• Providing Client's feedback to the Creative/Production teams
• Coordination with Account Manager/Sales Rep on upsell opportunities or project risks
• Communication with external parties involved in the project
• Suggesting solutions in situations where prioritization is needed
