#MoveYourSpine - today is the World Spine Day. An estimated one billion people globally suffer with spinal pain with 540 million people at any one time.

The 2023 campaign calls on people to care for their spines by staying active as evidence has shown that immobility and a lack of physical activity are contributors to spinal pain and disability.

The Helix Animation team joins in the global efforts with a 3D visualization of a human spine, intervertebral discs and the vertebrae inner structure, specifically developed for today.
 

World spine day was first observed on 16 October 2008. The 2023 campaign calls on people to care for their spines by staying active. Evidence has shown that immobility and a lack of physical activity are contributors to spinal pain and disability. “Move Your Spine” encourages people of all ages, in all nations, to get active and support their spinal health through movement.
